(the "Site"), you are agreeing to
abide by all of the provisions set forth in
this Agreement between you and Eragon International,
Inc. dba, Go to Beijing China.
Privacy
Policy
The following information applies to all Go
to Beijing China products and services. Go
to Beijing China does not collect, monitor,
track, or disclose information concerning
your physical location or the location of
your handset except to provide certain services
in emergency situations. Any information that
we collect, monitor, or track regarding your
physical location or the location of your
handset will be treated as confidential and
is retained only for the period necessary
to provide the requested service or respond
to the specific request.
Use of Your Information
Under federal law, you have a right, and we
have a duty, to protect the confidentiality
of information about your telephone usage,
the services you buy from us, who you call,
and the location of your device on our network
when you make a voice call. This information
is sometimes referred to as "Customer
Proprietary Network Information," or
"CPNI." We share CPNI and other
personal information about you with affiliates
of Go to Beijing China Corporation that provide
telecommunications services to which you also
subscribe and as set forth below. Before sharing
CPNI in a manner other than that set forth
in this document, we will first notify you
of your rights under the law, describe how
we intend to use the CPNI, and give you an
opportunity to opt out of such usage (or,
when required by law, to opt in).
Unless you specifically decline, we may use
CPNI to contact you and deliver information
to you via your phone, email or text messages
on your mobile phone if you are a Go to Beijing
China customer, and we may also share CPNI
with certain third parties with whom we contract
to provide services or jointly-branded products
so that these third parties can share information
with you about new products and promotions
that we believe will interest you. By purchasing
or using our products or our jointly branded
products, you expressly agree to such usage
and sharing of information. If you do not
wish to receive these types of communications,
learn how you can opt out by emailing Go to
Beijing China Customer Service at Service@GotoBeijingChina.com.
We may use third party service providers to
facilitate our services and therefore we may
provide some of your CPNI directly to them.
In addition, we employ other companies and
individuals to perform functions on our behalf.
Some examples include fulfilling orders, delivering
packages, sending postal mail and email, removing
repetitive information from customer lists,
analyzing data, providing marketing assistance,
processing credit card payments and providing
customer service. These service providers
have access to CPNI and may use it as needed
to perform their functions, but may not use
it for any other purpose, except that they
may aggregate your personally identifiable
information with similar information from
other customers in a manner that does not
personally identify you. Go to Beijing China
does not sell personal information to unaffiliated
third parties.
Go to Beijing China does not disclose wireless
numbers in published directories or directory
assistance listings.
In certain special circumstances, we may contact
Go to Beijing China customers to deliver service-oriented
messages, even if these customers have asked
that we not contact them about special airtime
events or promotions. These messages will
be limited and are only for the purpose of
conveying service information to Go to Beijing
China customers.
Email Offers Not
Based on Use of CPNI
Go to Beijing China may contact its customers
via email regarding promotional offers or
other news. A customer has the right to
choose not to receive Go to Beijing China
direct marketing communications via email
by simply notifying us of their preference.
This process is commonly termed unsubscribing.
At any time, a customer can unsubscribe
from our email list by clicking on the unsubscribe
link found at the bottom of every message
or promotion delivered electronically to
our customers. If you unsubscribe, Go to
Beijing China will not contact you directly
with Go to Beijing China promotional messages.
Protecting Personal
Information
Go to Beijing China employs various safeguards
to protect confidentiality of our customers'
personal information. An important part
of ensuring the security of personal information
is your own effort to protect against unauthorized
access to your wireless device and the personal
information contained in it and on your
SIM card. Most wireless phones store calling
information both in the phone and on the
SIM card. Therefore, before discarding your
phone, trading it in or giving it away,
be sure you remove and retain your SIM card
and follow the manufacturer's instructions
for deleting all personal information on
the device itself. (This can be found in
your owner's manual or on the manufacturers'
Web site.)
In addition, use a password to prevent unauthorized
access to your wireless phone, if available.
If you write down your password and user
name, keep this confidential information
in a secure location. Change your password
periodically.
Marketing Messages
on Your Go to Beijing China Phone from Third
Parties
Not all advertisements appearing on or delivered
to your mobile phone are authorized by Go
to Beijing China. We have developed and
implemented systems in our network to reduce
unsolicited bulk short text messages, but
we cannot at this time block all such messages.
We continue to look for other options to
reduce these unsolicited bulk messages.
It is unlawful for any third party to make
an unsolicited telemarketing call using
an auto dialer or to send a prerecorded
message to a wireless phone. You should
report any such unsolicited calls to China
Mobile.
Terms
& Conditions
- Go to Beijing China makes no warranty,
expressed or implied, as to the coverage
areas for GSM SIM cards. Your wireless
coverage area may vary significantly depending
on several factors, including but not
limited to: network changes, traffic volume,
service outages, technical limitations,
signal strength, your equipment, terrain,
structures, weather and other conditions
that may interfere with actual service,
quality and availability, including the
ability to make, receive and maintain
calls. The local carrier reserves the
right to change their tariff rate and
coverage anytime they want to and without
notice. The local carrier reserves the
right to modify the amount of airtime
included with each SIM card anytime they
want to and without notice. The local
carrier reserves the right to change,
add or remove any of the services provided
through the SIM card anytime they want
to and without notice.
- Airtime tariffs are subject to change
without prior notification, refer to current
airtime. Please visit www.GotoBeijingChina.com
for the most updated rates, fees and charges.
- Go to Beijing China will ship your order
within one business day after your payment
is verified. The list price of all the
products on the Site includes the cost
for Standard Shipping. If you choose Express
Shipping method, additional shipping charge
will be added to your total bill of your
order. Products shipped by Standard Shipping
are normally delivered within 10 to 12
business days after shipment by postal
services. Orders shipped by Express Shipping
are normally delivered within 3 to 4 business
days after shipment. As the delivery of
your order is beyond Go to Beijing China
control once your order leaves our facilities,
Go to Beijing China cannot assume liability
for late deliveries, regardless of the
shipping method you specify.
- Shipment errors, damage, shortage, etc.
must be reported upon receipt of product
to Contact Go to Beijing China immediately
and retain all packaging materials if
goods were damaged in transit.
- All returned merchandise must include
all original packaging, cables, etc. Returns
can be refused at the discretion of Go
to Beijing China. for missing materials.
Rentals must be returned with all boxes
and accessories originally included when
shipped.
- To return merchandise, a return authorization,
invoice copy, original packaging and reason
for return is needed from Go to Beijing
China. Missing box, documentation, etc.
are bill-able. All refunds exclude shipping
and returns may be refused for missing
kitting.
- You have 7 days from the time you receive
an item to initiate a return. Returns
must be received within 30 days from the
date of purchase. Open boxed or used items
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We
reserve the right to refuse returns for
items deemed to have purchased for use
and return.
- All cell phones have a 1-year Go to
Beijing China limited warranty against
manufacturer defects for repair or replacement;
excluding physical damage.
- All prices are subject to change without
prior notification. We are not responsible
for misprints or out of stock items.
- All duties and taxes associated with
international shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer.
- Actual styles of some products may vary
from the pictorial representation found
in the catalog and / or web site.
- Refunds will be made with the same
method of payment as the original order
less than 5% payment processing fees.
Credit card refunds may be made only to
the same card used for the original purchase.
A refund may take up to 45 days.
- Cross shipments must be secured by
credit card for customers without net
terms accounts. A charge will appear on
the credit card until the returned product
is received in the Go to Beijing China
warehouse. Refunds will be credited within
15 days after the return is received.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable,
including any charges incurred for COD
orders, Saturday delivery or shipments
that are refused. Shipping and Handling
Rates are subject to change without prior
notice. Oversize items and some destinations
may be subject to additional charges.
If your item was part of a Free or Discounted
Shipping Special, and you decide to return
the item, Go to Beijing China reserves
the right to charge for the actual shipping
amount and deduct that amount from your
final returned merchandise credit or refund.
- Images of people or places displayed
on the Site are either the property of,
or used with permission by, Go to Beijing
China. The use of these images by you,
or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited
unless specifically permitted by these
Terms and Conditions or specific permission
provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized
use of the images may violate copyright
laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy
and publicity, and communications regulations
and statutes.
- The trademarks, logos, and service
marks (collectively the "Trademarks")
displayed on the Site are registered and
unregistered Trademarks of Go to Beijing
China and others. Nothing contained on
the Site should be construed as granting,
by implication, estoppels, or otherwise,
any license or right to use any Trademark
displayed on the Site without the written
permission of Go to Beijing China or such
third party that may own the Trademarks
displayed on the Site. Your misuse of
the Trademarks displayed on the Site,
or any other content on the Site, except
as provided in these Terms and Conditions,
is strictly prohibited.
- Go to Beijing China has not reviewed
all of the websites linked to the Site
and is not responsible for the content
of any off-Site pages or any other websites
linked to the Site. Your linking to any
